The YES WISe team provides Medicaid families with multiple resources, helping them navigate mental health and community resources.

At YES, we are excited that over the past two years, our WISe (Wrap Around with Intensive Services) program has grown into a truly life-changing service for families in need. Right now, we are able to support 21 families, with each one assigned a team of four dedicated YES staff members to “wrap around them” with therapy, medication management, peer support, parental guidance, and connections to crucial resources.

This program is significant for Medicaid-eligible families who often don’t have access to the resources they need. That’s where WISe steps in—providing intensive therapy and case management for families who need it most.

Luis, the WISe Program Manager since its onset, has seen firsthand just how transformative this program can be,

“I’ve seen such incredible change in the families we work with,” he says. “We have clients who have been in and out of psychiatric hospitals, and now they’re rebuilding their lives and making plans for the future. It’s amazing to watch them regain hope and create a functional life.”

We couldn’t do this without you. Medicaid helps, but it’s your incredible support that allows us to offer the full range of services these families rely on. Because of you, more families are getting the help they need to overcome tough situations and thrive.

Thank you for being a vital part of this journey. Your generosity is making a world of difference!
