Youth & Family Counseling
YES therapists and psychiatrists use trauma-informed, evidence – and strengths-based approaches focused on clients’ identified needs and goals. Services include individual counseling, family counseling, and group work; serving children and youth aged birth to 22.

Substance Use Treatment
YES therapists provide individualized services to clients and their families to treat substance use and addiction disorders with co-occurring mental health issues, such as depression and/or anxiety. This integrated approach promotes long-term recovery by addressing substance use issues and any underlying causes. Services include individual and family counseling and a continuum of care through the Road to Recovery Groups.

Early Childhood Support Services
YES therapists work with parents of children from birth to seven years old, using two evidence-based intervention strategies, Promoting First Relationships and Parent Child Interaction Therapy, shown to be effective in helping parents understand and regulate their child’s behavior.

Psychiatric Services
YES provides integrated, collaborative care for clients actively engaged in counseling with its on-site psychiatric services. In collaboration with YES’ mental health counselors, psychiatric practitioners provide comprehensive diagnostic assessments, medication evaluations and ongoing medication management so clients receive optimal, coordinated care, that is based on the client’s therapeutic goals.

In-School Services
YES partners with the Lake Washington and Bellevue School Districts to provide on-site, dually-licensed mental health and substance use Behavioral Health Support Specialists for the student population.

Community Support Programs
YES reaches about 60,000 members of the East King County community helping youth recognize and address diversity, develop leadership skills, access mentorship opportunities, prevent possible homelessness and so much more.

Virtual Services
We are currently accepting new clients who are able to participate in either virtual Telehealth services or in-person services. Virtual services include intake assessments, individual and family counseling services, substance use counseling and treatment, psychiatric services, school-based drop-in services, group support programs, and more
