Get Started
If you are a new client or caregiver looking to get started with Youth Eastside Services, we’re here to help. All new clients begin with an initial assessment* appointment, which allows our team to understand your needs and recommend the most appropriate services.
* Currently, we do not provide neurological assessments, including ADHD or ASD evaluations.
Once the initial assessment is completed, an intake specialist will recommend the most suitable combination of services to meet your needs.
Assessment appointments are available for children and youth from birth to age 22 who live in Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, or Sammamish. If you live outside these areas, please contact the King County Referral Line at 2-1-1 for additional resources.
All assessments take place at our YES Bellevue location at Crossroads Park:
999 164th Ave NE, Bellevue, WA 98008
Appointments may take 1–2 hours to complete.
Please note: YES is not able to respond to immediate emergency situations. If you or someone you care about is in crisis, please call 911 or Crisis Connections at 206-461-3222 or 1-866-4-CRISIS.
