To change or cancel an appointment, or to get in touch with your counselor or care team, please call 425-747-4937.
When calling, please leave a clear message that includes your name, your counselor’s name, your phone number, and the reason for your call so we can route your message appropriately.
Our phone hours are:
Monday–Thursday: 8 am–8 pm
Friday: 8 am–4 pm; TeleHealth only 4-6 pm
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed
All after-hours crisis calls go through Crisis Connections. If a YES client has an emotional crisis after hours (or anytime YES is closed), they should contact Crisis Connections for support at 206-461-3222 or 1-866-4-CRISIS.
