We are accepting new clients for virtual, TeleHealth services.
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, YES has closed it’s office locations and suspended in-person services and programs. We are currently accepting new clients who are able to participate in virtual TeleHealth services. Services for TeleHealth include individual and family counseling services, psychiatric services and group programs. Please note psychiatric and group services are only available to current YES clients enrolled in our services. For other virtual school-based and community-based services and programs click here.
How to set up an appointment:
To set up an intake assessment please leave a message at 425-747-4937 and a member of our Open Access Team will contact you to schedule your assessment. We are checking voicemail regularly between the hours of 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday.
Please note that you must have a computer, phone or tablet capabilities that includes a microphone and camera to participate in TeleHealth services.
YES continues to serve the communities of Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, and Sammamish. If you lie outside of these areas, please contact the King County Referral Line at 2-1-1 for local resources.

All after-hours crisis calls go through Crisis Connections. If a YES client has an emotional crisis after hours (or anytime YES is closed) they should contact Crisis Connections for support at 206-461-3222 or 1-866-4-CRISIS.

YES provides services in more than 50+ schools in the Lake Washington and Bellevue school districts.
We provide brief counseling, prevention and intervention services across the community, including community centers and teen centers such as KTUB, Old Fire House Teen Center in Redmond, and the Bellevue Boys & Girls Clubs The Club/TXL.
