CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
Appointments are available for children and youth aged 6-22 who are residents of Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, and Sammamish. If you live outside of these areas, please contact the King County Referral Line at 2-1-1 for other resources.
All assessments are done at our YES Bellevue location at Crossroads Park: 999 164th Ave NE, Bellevue, WA 98008
*Once the initial assessment is completed, it could take a few months for new clients to be assigned to a clinician due to high volume.
YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT
Please arrive on time and bring the following:
- Your insurance card or medical coupon
- A photo ID
- A pay stub or other proof of income if you’re applying for reduced fees
- Referral paperwork from a school, your physician, or law enforcement (if applicable)
Services may include individual therapy (mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders), family counseling, psychiatric services, and group programs. Please note psychiatric and group services are only available to current YES clients enrolled in our services.

Intake assessments may take 2-3 hours. We can only accommodate a limited number of clients every Monday. If we reach capacity, we encourage incoming clients to return the following Monday.
If an interpreter is needed or the child is under the age of six, please call to schedule an assessment.
OTHER YES OPTIONS
Thanks to community support, YES also provides youth and families costless, in-person, and virtual support through in-school services in the Lake Washington and Bellevue School District and community-based programs at local community and teen centers.
In-school Services Community-Based Programs
Build a toolbox of coping skills through YES’ 16-week prerecorded web series rooted in evidence-based Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Two YES licensed therapists present the series, including activities, downloadable worksheets, and helpful tips. Each webisode includes 30-40 minutes of content.

Appointments can be rescheduled during our regular office hours. Monday – Thursday 9 AM – 8 PM and Friday 9 AM- 4 PM
All after-hours crisis calls go through Crisis Connections. If a YES client has an emotional crisis after hours (or anytime YES is closed), they should contact Crisis Connections for support at 206-461-3222 or 1-866-4-CRISIS.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
YES offers a variety of payment options for treatment. We accept most insurance plans, Medicaid, and medical coupons.
YES provides a sliding scale fee and financial assistance depending on income for those without insurance. We can discuss your options when you call to set up an appointment.
No family is turned away because of an inability to pay for services.
COVID SAFETY
Youth Eastside Services continues to follow updates about the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) from the CDC (U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) and local and state public health agencies. Our priority, as always, is to keep our patients safe and provide quality behavioral healthcare.
We have established procedures to protect patients, staff, and our community. Such procedures include but are not limited to: requiring masks for both clients and staff; pre-admission infection screening; enhanced cleaning for frequent and consistent disinfection; making hand sanitizer stations available throughout the facilities, and implementing phone and telehealth visits.
