CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS OVER AGE 7
Due to an unprecedented high demand for services, Youth Eastside Services (YES) has made the difficult decision to temporarily stop taking new clients to ensure that we are able to provide services to those individuals who have already completed their intakes or have scheduled intakes in the weeks ahead.
We do however have capacity in our Early Childhood Behavioral Health program for clients birth to age seven. Please call 425-747-4937 to schedule an appointment.
This is a temporary and necessary measure to provide our clients with the best care. Please watch our website for future updates about when we will be accepting new clients, or call for an update after April 11th, 2022.
Thanks to community support YES also provides youth and families costless, in-person and virtual support through in-school services in the Lake Washington and Bellevue School District and community-based programs at local community and teen centers.
Build a toolbox of coping skills through YES’ 16-week prerecorded web series rooted in evidence-based Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). The series is presented by two YES licensed therapists and includes activities, downloadable worksheets, and helpful tips. Each webisode includes 30-40 minutes of content.
To obtain a list of other counseling resources in your area please contact the King County Referral Line at 2-1-1.

YES offers a variety of payment options for treatment. We accept most insurance plans, Medicaid, and medical coupons.
For those without insurance YES also provides a sliding scale fee and financial assistance depending on income. When you call to set up an appointment we can discuss your options with you.
No family is turned away because of an inability to pay for services.
Youth Eastside Services continues to follow updates about the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) from the CDC (U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), and local and state public health agencies. Our priority, as always, is to keep our patients safe and to continue to provide quality behavioral healthcare.
We have put procedures in place to protect patients, staff, and our community. Such procedures include but are not limited to: requiring masks for both clients and staff; pre-admission infection screening; enhanced cleaning for frequent and consistent disinfection; making hand sanitizer stations available throughout the facilities, and implementing phone and telehealth visits.
March 12, 2022 Update:
As a healthcare facility, per King County requirements, masks continue to be mandatory in all YES indoor public, counseling, and group activity spaces.
Actualización del 12 de marzo de 2022:
