YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT
Bring a photo ID, insurance card, and proof of income (if a sliding fee scale is needed).
Print and fill out the registration forms ahead of time and bring them with you.

To participate in virtual TeleHealth services please have computer, phone or tablet capabilities that includes a microphone and a camera.
Thanks to our supporters YES also provides youth and families costless support through Lake Washington and Bellevue School District services and community-based programs.
YES serves the communities of Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, and Sammamish. If you lie outside of these areas, please contact the King County Referral Line at 2-1-1 for other resources.

Monday – Thursday 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m.- 4 p.m.
All after-hours crisis calls go through Crisis Connections. If a YES client has an emotional crisis after hours (or anytime YES is closed) they should contact Crisis Connections for support at 206-461-3222 or 1-866-4-CRISIS.
YES offers a variety of payment options for treatment. We accept most insurance plans, Medicaid, and medical coupons.
For those without insurance YES also provides a sliding scale fee and financial assistance depending on income. When you call to set up an appointment we can discuss your options with you.
No family is turned away because of an inability to pay for services.

YES supports diverse communities and provides free resources for individual and group mental health support, education, and prevention, throughout the East King County community. YES also partners with local community and teen centers to provide both in-person and virtual support.
