So, the first thing you need to know is: You are not alone. Our staff has decades of experience helping youth of all ages overcome grief, depression, anxiety, self-harm, relationship conflicts and more. We’re still here, decades later, because our focus on long-term well-being will give you the skills you need create the life you want for yourself. You deserve to be happy and successful, and we want to help you.

At YES, we don’t just preach abstinence; we focus on helping you understand why you use, and empower you to make choices that will help take you where you want to go in life. Whether you’ve only used once and feel pressured to continue, or have been using for a long time and can’t find a way out, we can help.

DBT Skills Groups

If you have trouble with intense emotions, impulse control, depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts or self-harming, research shows that Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) can help. YES offers DBT skills groups for current clients. The 16-week course covers mindfulness, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness and emotional regulation.
